The Land of Honey City project is a public private partnership (PPP) between Kohath Property Development Company (KPDC), Abuja Films Village International (AFVI) and the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).
A special purpose entity, Land of Honey Abuja Development Company was formed in March 2011 to execute the project with KPDC as Master Developers.
The Land of Honey City project will transform 1, 767 Hectares of barren land into Nigeria‟s first world class urban centre.
It is primely located in the Yanga district, 15 km from the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja and 25 km from the Abuja central business district.It is bordered on the west by the proposed Outer Southern Expressway (OSEX).
Land of Honey City‟s strategic position makes it a prime location for dwelling, business and entertainment.
