RED-i is a company that originated from South Africa and possesses the propriety rights to a Sales & Information Management System (SIMS) for a total management of real estate developments right from the conception to after sales management of the development. They also provide a 4-D modeling for digital interaction of the site via the internet. They are on the team of LOH to provide the interaction and interface between the developers, investors, regulatory bodies and the eventual land and house owners.
