Q: What is Land of Honey City?

The Land of Honey (LOH) city development is a real estate development brand masterminded and conceptualised by Kohath Property Development Company (KPDC). The Land of Honey City Development Abuja is a Partnership entered into by Abuja Films Village International (AFVI) and Kohath Property Development Company (KPDC). LOH Abuja is potentially going to be a modern, mixed-use, world class city on 1,767 hectares of land in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The development is located in the Yanga district, which is about 20 minutes drive to the central commercial district in Abuja.

Q: Why is it the “First of its Kind”?

It is the largest real estate development in Nigeria and by extension sub-Saharan Africa, and also the first Private Municipality in Nigeria.

Property Owners will have a Deed of Sub-Lease for the un-expired term, a Home Owners Constitution and a Sales Agreement.

Yes. But to the prescription of the house type coded with the land area bought into.

Q: Will the City have a designated facilities manager? 

The city will have a dedicated Facilities Management Company.

Q: What is the source of power supply in the city?

The city has a municipality structure that would work with the government to privately generate power supply

Q: Are there any specifications governing building types and materials?

Yes, there will be a Development Guideline for the city, and this will be strictly adhered to.
